Northern ATI at Sun Java Developer Days
CALGARY, Alberta, Metropolitan Centre. December 10, 2002 -- Northern ATI members
attended the Sun Developer Days conference where Sun talked about its latest
technologies and offerings. The conference featured technical content, plus all the
latest tips, demos, as well as the latest innovations in software development
featuring the Sun Open Net Environment (Sun ONE).
A brief summary of the presentations topics:
Discovering the Sun ONE platform and how to develop scalable, robust and secure Web services
How to leverage the building blocks of Web Services and its emerging standards (SOAP, WSDL, UDDI and ebXML)
Learning how far Java technology has come and where it's going
Identifying how open standards make wireless application development possible
Exploring Java technology in robotics and beyond
Accessing the developer tools you need to succeed in today's marketplace
As one of the technologies that Northern ATI leverages -- it is tantamount
for us to understand the direction Sun is heading and to determine how Northern ATI
